What we collect

• Wait reports: the lounge, minutes waited, an optional quoted wait, party size, and whether you gave up.
• Airport check: if you allow it, your browser location is compared with the airport once. We store only yes or no, never coordinates.
• Rate limit: when you last reported each lounge, kept on your device and, once accounts exist, on our server.
• Email (optional): if you subscribe to the Wait Index or alerts.

How we use it

Reports produce the forecasts on this site. We publish only aggregated, non-personal figures, such as a lounge's typical wait by hour.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We never show ads inside the reporting flow.
• We do not connect to, scrape or automate any airline, airport or bank system.

Affiliate links

Some pages may link to credit cards through affiliate programs, and we earn a commission if you are approved. Wait data is never changed for a commercial deal, and cards are never ranked by payout.

Not affiliated

Loungetide is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by JPMorgan Chase or any card issuer.
